I work on clients at Willits Chiropractic Clinic, or I will come to you anywhere within Mendocino County.

My practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care to each client. With a strong foundation in holistic and Chinese medicine, I offer a range of massage services tailored to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to de-stress, I am here to support you on your wellness journey.

My Services

I offer a variety of massage therapies, including:

• Shiatsu: A fully clothed therapeutic massage that utilizes stretches and pressure points to remove stubborn knots and bring balance to the body. 
• Swedish Massage: A draped-down modality that uses lotions or oils to relax the muscles and penetrate the muscle tissue to address overall wellness. Perfect for relaxation and stress relief.
• Deep Tissue Massage: Ideal for addressing chronic pain and muscle tension.
• Cupping: A therapeutic technique that uses suction to improve circulation, release tension, and promote healing in the body. It may leave marks on the skin but is painless to receive and the marks fade in a few days' time. 
• Eastern/Western Massage Combo: An integrative approach for overall health and balance, combines a variety of modalities including but not limited to Thai, Shiatsu and Deep Tissue.
